They got permission from Ubisoft to do what they're doing. They're just not allowed to profit off it. Ubisoft GAVE them the SOURCE CODE. That's how they're able to do this. I've been following SBEmu from the beginning; I would know.
They took all necessary precautions to make it as successful as "they" could possibly make it.

You were making it sound as if it were a problem. I want to assure everyone that there is nothing wrong with SBEmu. They've been very professional in regards to revitalizing this game.

People need not to worry on whether or not they'll be able to play this game because of a language barrier. This Chinese version isn't the only option.
