{GHOST SOULONLINE} This for people who can't seem to start the Launcher.
This is the most-likely solution if your launcher can't seem to work.
As you can see you have to click on the control panel.
You'll see date time, language and regional option, click it.
You'll see Regional & Language option, click it.
You'll see the window that pops up, click the advanced option.
You'll see the option box, where japanese is written, that's the box you have to change into Japanese.
