The game's called 12 Tails Online, it's a Thai action morpg which is developed by BigBugStudio (believe it or not, this company has ONLY 4 members : one programmer, and 3 visual designers).
Think of it as Elsword but fully 3D and CRAP load of customization.
Ie. A sheep's basic class is Priest, but it has 2 more skill routes, called Hierophant which focuses on healing and Enchanter, which focuses on attacking, buffing and debuffing.
So you could go hybrid for both skill routes (there's no restriction like Elsword)
And you could customize your status to whatever you want. Ie. Int+Vit for tanking Sheep, or Int+Cha for buffing sheep, or Int+Tal for fighting Sheep and healing.

yea the missions are annoyning, but the most annoyning thing is waiting for people to run missions xD
