I've been wondering that myself. Keep seeing the commercial on TV.

got it since yesterday and i really love how it plays out

you start with 3 basic classes fighter, mage and archer, as you move on, you can learn new classes, it does not matter if you took fighter at start, because you can buy the mage or archer spec and upgrade it as you go on, so you can utilise all the classes

pawns can join you in your adventures and will help you fight, pick up loot for you and even help you with hints and such for quests.

you start the game with your own main pawn, wich you create the way you want it to be, and you can share it online (does it automaticly unless you change this) whenever you rest at an inn, you might get a message saying that your pawn was recruited by other players and this nets you bonus rift points (needed for more powerfull pawns) and in some cases items, as the player who recruited your pawn can give items as presents.

the fights are really well executed, you can climb on to bigger monsters and dish out some real damage, have you and your pawns do co-op attacks.

so far i haven't been out at night, because i value my lantern oil way too much at this point.

its too bad you can't do co-op with other players though, it wouldve really made it more awesome.

Ive had it about a week and play a few hours a day; don't be discouraged about the early game. Because monsters dont scale with you're level they are pretty hard early game. Just push forward till you hit the capital and can upgrade your gear.

Combat is really fun and you can really customize you're party however you like, I don't recomend starting as a tank class because if a pawn dies it's not game over; for you it is.

    Epic Cyclops/Ogre fights ftw.

Is this game worth buying? YES

So much yes. It's like they took the good parts from a bunch of games and combined them in a way that works.

The only thing I don't like about the game is that it uses an autosave system and you can only have one save at a time, so no multiple characters unless you make multiple users on your PS3 and play around with copying save game data.
