Interesting note: The guy in this story and the guy who ate the homeless man's face were both suffering from the same drug trip, the drug itself is known as "bath salts" and cannabalism is apparently a very common side effect. One of the radio stations my parents listen to had a guy call in who said he flew down to florida and tried this and chewed the inside of his lip so bad it swelled up the next day. It can also be bought over the counter in head shops (spelling?).
