Quite so. Some of us do just not have it though...not sure why. Even today as I've mentioned I've gone a long way but yet I can only really mimic empathy, maybe that is empathy I don't know but it certainly doesn't feel legitimate.

Quick side question: Your brother have any sensory issues? To give you an example mine are mouth related. I can't eat certain textures, just not happening. Sloppy, formless, and/or inconsistent foods to be exact, so soup and chili are the best examples I can think of. Also certain sounds hurt my teeth. Even thinking of them causes them to hurt, thankfully not as much though.
