Pay-to-win

Reputation: 15It's not even pay2w. It just takes a lot of work to be good as cashshoppers But, I understand that turns off a lot of people because they're used to being s****fed everything.
Reputation: 15Maybe my definition is different, but I think P2W is having overpowered cashshop items. Thus paying for them, thus winning. Allods doesn't have that.
Allods has a good feel about it, I really liked the graphic style and the game ran really well and felt smooth.
Only real downside for me was the work you need to do to be competitive. It's not really p2w unless you want it to be, but just thinking of how some players get things instantly when you have to work your *** off and still lose doesn't really seem worth it in the end.
Game has mass amounts of potential tho.
Reputation: 14Hit max lvl and go farm for gear drops (green). NPC it or sell at the ah. Exchange currency. Not that hard.... I have 6 lvl 10 runes w/o wasting a penny.
Reputation: 14Its amazing game past lv 20. It may be hard to get to LV 20, but after that its fun and easy.
I love people who review games based off the first hours of a game.
Reputation: 162It was more to let them know that though yes, the problem is there, it's certainly not as bad as other gamess(so it's not as much of a worry) Also though I do understand what you're getting at ofc, just your choice in comparison is beyond drastic.
Informing someone to not worry too much about the P2W aspect via a comparison is nothing like comparing Rwanda's genocide to the Holocaust. =S
