Last sunday I gave my father a fathers day present, now he comes up to my room and asks if I still have everything needed to send it back. Unthankfull b!tch

I always feel like shit whenever I have to return a gift ;_; I still have flashbacks of way back when my oldest cousin bought me some pokemon VHS set that I already had, and I just made my mom keep them because I didn't feel right about returning it for something else. Whined like a little ***** to get my way, too.

And are you sure he hasn't read them? He may have got them on loan from a library, or a friend and read them without you knowing.

No, his reasoning was 'I bought a e-reader'... I'm just gonna forget about fathers day and his b-day from now on, cause at his b-day he did the same thing and with the comment 'You'll get back the money this way, and you can buy something else'.

it sounds more that he thinks of you rather than of himself ... all i get from my parents is ... can you lend some money ? ... and i always think why the fuq did you say LEND when i never get it back
