PSO 2 forum says the maint. is from 13:00 to 16:00 Tokyo Standard Time. So from the east coast that's midnight to 3 AM. Can do the time conversions from there.

What the hell is with this big bug boss... Can you not kill it unless you do certain things to it? Me and someone else fought 17 minutes, blew off his leg armor and wailed on him and we ran out of time...

EVERYONE is on ship 2, so it'd probably be better to jump ship.

Anyone know how to change armor color? Tried the makeup shop, armor color was grayed out and the armor shop wont let me change colors as far as I could tell.

No, its probably becoming a cash shop thing... Which sucks, I'll be green forever ;_;

If you mean that spider like boss, Ragne, in the city seige event I'd imagine you were too low level or you really need to have 4 ppl. Also it has a weak spot behind its head that ranged characters can manage to hit if they jump. For melee characters, you'll have to attack the legs until it collapses.
