Well, I hear Ragnarok is a awesome game, but for some reason, I feel hesitant to try it. Most likely because I'm judging it on looks, which it looks pretty dated and top-view. But, I suppose looks aren't everything, but usually, when I'm looking for MMORPGs, some MMORPGs that don't look good I don't bother to try, and atleast half of the time, I'm right.
What's the good features and different things in Ragnarok?
Ragnarok Online was one of my favorite MMORPGs and almost all my friends played it religiously for a few years.
But you hit the nail on the head when you said it looks dated. Not only does it LOOK dated, the gameplay is also starting to show its age. It is a grindfest with little in the way of quests or special events.
The game is well past its prime but may still be worth checking out since it is free to play now. What do you have to lose? Just leave the download running overnight.
