    Default The non-gaming girlfriend

Okay. How do you deal with a girlfriend who wants you to lay off games more than you're willing to? I don't really get to play games that much as I used to since I started working and now she wants me to lay off them even more because she's been a bit needy lately.

    Yeah.

I mean, not to dis-agree with you or piss you off, but it's not like you HAVE to have her play.

But this is just my opinion. I just read the title.

    I don't think I could date a non-gamer in any serious manner.

It certainly is an interesting paradox. You do not want to upset the people around you but you don't get to enjoy your games otherwise. I recommend waiting for your girlfriend to go to sleep. Either that or become a weekend gamer. I play my game, Ryzom, when my girlfriend is sleeping or on the weekend. She does not mind that I play, she just wants to make sure she is my number one priority. Make sure she is a higher priority in gaming and then your gaming will be okay.
