Just say that you aren't going to kill anyone. Almost every 13+ year olds has an idea of how to kill someone (like stabbing them). Plus, why would you kill someone? So just tell them that.

The most mature thing you can do is accept that they won't let you play it because if you complain about it well it that won't be very mature now will it eventually they will cave in.

The most immature thing to do is take up downloading pornagraphy and letting them catch you then tell them "Since I can't play CS I have to take up other hobbies" that will learn them a valueable lesson about the lesser of two evils haha.

My best suggestion is to first wait it out a bit. Behave well, make your parents proud of you. Then try to see if they will let you play the game again.
