i am looking for a download that already has the skins in it. kind of like how you can change the look of firefox.

Umm usually the default skins for things like that are horrible. Anyway, I use StyleXP (don't remember the site, google it). It's great. Theres a 30day free trial. After that, I think tis like 20-30 bucks (I pirated it; SHHH don't tell XP). Also if you wanna change icons and add desk apps and stuff try IconPackager and AveDesk.
