Umm usually the default skins for things like that are horrible. Anyway, I use StyleXP (don't remember the site, google it). It's great. Theres a 30day free trial. After that, I think tis like 20-30 bucks (I pirated it; SHHH don't tell XP). Also if you wanna change icons and add desk apps and stuff try IconPackager and AveDesk.
