    Default Fallout Online

    Fallout Online is OUT! Randomly while everyone is expecting to play Star Wars The Old Republic or news from Tera it seems that Interplay despite the fight with Bethesda for the rights in the court finally made a Fallout MMO. Not only that but the game is accepting open beta sign ups!

    Interplay opened the official website for Project V13, better known as Fallout Online, the problematic MMO based on the Fallout franchise and that has Interplay and Bethesda fighting in the courts.

    The website is extremely busy for the moment, so have a little patience to enter and sign up for the open beta. Then you just have to wait for news and keep your fingers crossed.

    What?! There has been zero information about it for several months, and all of a sudden it's completed? This is way too sudden to be fully trustworthy.

    Yea I just signed up.
    Since it's Interplay I wonder if it's going to be more like Fallout 3 or the first two.

    the first two were great games, though. Just wouldn't make a good mmorpg i guess. :/

    They were great games back when they were made.
    Not to say the classics aren't as fulfilling as they once were but they don't quite stack up to new games because they can do so much more these days. :O

    Better off playing Fallen Earth, Fallout online I got a feeling is going to fail. Just a gut feeling.

    LOL have you played FE? It sucks big time! With all the sense of the word. Graphics are from the past decade and the gameplay is so sloppy and laggy that feels very unpolished. All the have to do is make Fallout 3 a MMO and it is gonna be a massive hit. Fallen Earth failed the day it came out. Really...

    I'm thinking from the intro video the graphics wont be like Fallout 3.
    But I'm hoping the gameplay will be similar.

    Don't think that is it. It is uploaded a year ago almost when the game was not even in Alpha stage. I think. Also I believe Fallout 2 had a multiplayer option where you could play online with couple of friends. So? That is Fallout 2 in the vid. Also if you check the concept art at the site then WTF?! Changed direction at the last minute?

    For me all they have to do is make Fallout 3 a MMO and it will be a success. No levels, open worlded PvP, almost no quests, decent PvE and parties and some raids.. If it decides to go F2P and my comp can handle it I will def play it. If it decides to go P2P and again my comp can take it I'll def will give it a try.
