So Richard Garriott won the lawsuit against NCsoft. A brave and big thing to do as they accussed him of fraud, breach of contract amongst other things. Here are the rest of the news.

Richard Garriott won the lawsuit that he filed against NCsoft, publisher of his now closed MMORPG Tabula Rasa, that shut down on February 2009.

The suit against NCsoft mentioned fraud, breach of contract, and negligent misrepresentation. Garriott claimed that he didn't leave the company voluntarily, something that affected his 400.000 stock options value.

Garriott wanted $47 million in compensations, but the Austin, Texas jury awarded him $28 million. This pleased Richard Garriott, who will probably go on a spaceflight to celebrate.

Like the reasons below. Breach of contract and such. Not only he made a great game, NCsoft shut it down and misshandled the game.. God I can't imagine to what might happen to L2 D:
