Top five customization in games

Customization has always set the first impression in games. Being unique in a massive multi player becomes essential for holding gamers interest. For me, gender locked classes :mad: or little to no customization becomes a huge turn off. I would like everyone's opinion for the top 5 customizations in Mmorpgs.

I havent played much games, but mine would be...

I dont have really a list but Guild Wars and Perfect World stood out to me, i liked both games alot aswell. BTW did you like GOA?

Well, if you're talking about character classes... Runes of Magic has 30+ different class combinations, I believe. I don't think there are more in any other free game besides the ones without a set character class.
