I'll tell you what really grinds my gears, it's getting phone calls from prospective employers who tell you you didn't get the job but it was down to you and another person. I mean, it doesn't suck as much to think you went up against a hundred candidates and didn't have a chance; but to know that you were the one other person who they could have potentially chosen and they phone you just to rub that in drives me crazy! Then again, I suppose I should be grateful just to be considered. The job market isn't exactly friendly.
