i usually had trouble with GW when it came to support, but i never really had this problem, have you tried reinstalling the game (and/or making a new account, if it comes to that.)

I've heard of store clerks using game keys themselves or giving them out to friends / selling them...don't wanna alarm you, but it might explain why you can't get in.
