Default Nintendo DS game related question...

So I bought a DS Lite the other day, and I'm pretty much obsessed with it. I bought Metroid Prime Hunters and Animcal Crossing Wild World. (So if you want to play with me feel free to PM me your friend codes.) Any ways, my birthday is coming up rather soon, the eighteenth of September to be exact. So I want to get atleast two more DS games for my birthday, but I'm not quite sure what games I should get. At the moment I'm looking towards Deep Labrynth and Lost Magic. I've never seen any thing about Deep Labrynth, besides screen shots any ways. I've heard it was a really good game though. So any ways, to get to my question, out of any of the DS titles, what games would you recomend I get? Please don't give me any of that "It's your choice" crap, because I'm pretty much asking what you would get if you were in my shoes. I'm not too fond of sports games, just to save you a little time if you were going to suggest one. Also, please don't just say some thing like "ZOMG LOST MAGIC OWNS!" Atleast give me a reason why you liked it. I mean reviews and screen shots only tell so much...

Hmm... I heard Lost Magic and Deep Labrynth weren't very good on IGN and Amazon.com.

I can list some games that sound interesting:

-Star Fox Command (looks like alot of fun, but may be pretty repetitive.)

-Mario Hoops 3 on 3 (release, September 5th, looks like fun but also may be
    pretty slow paced.)

-Harvest Moon (September 12th, pretty fun looking if you like Harvest Moon)

-Mega Man ZX (September 12th, I haven't seen any videos for this but it
sounds pretty cool, except for the fact that you don't play
    as MEGAMAN!)

-Mario Kart (Supposed to be the best DS game out)

-New Super Mario Bros.(Supposed to be good)

-Trauma Center: Under the Knife (I have this, it's pretty fun if you want a
    stylus operation game )

-Tetris (Supposed to be really good, never played though)

-Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time (probably the best "rpg" that the DS has
    unfortunately.)

Yeh, I only have Super Princess Peach (Pretty fun, but EXTREMELY easy), Trauma Center, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow (just like the other castlevania games, alot of fun but over WAAAY too quick.), and Drill Spirits (Got it because it was cheap, keeps me occupied, but I wouldn't suggest getting it heh.)

I plan on getting Animal Crossing, tell me how it is. Sucks i'm on 56k right now so I can't use wi-fi. Probably also Star Fox Command.

That game is going to own in so many ways when it comes out. What I really can't wait for is Zelda The Phantom Hourglass. I've been counting down the seconds for that game. I love Final Fantasy, but I'm not sure if I want to spend thirty-five dollars on it. Unless it has more than just Final Fantasy Three. Like how they had the games on GBA that had two of the Final Fantasy games. What they really need to do is release Final Fantasy Tactics on it. The one on PSX owned so hard. Or maybe make a whole new one with the sweet Ragnarok type graphics again, and make it where you can battle via Wi-Fi. If they did that, I would sell my house to buy it...
Ahh yeah, almost forgot Zelda, that's gonna kick ***.

    Is Animal Crossing fun?

I love it. I've been playing it virtually non-stop since I bought it. I guess it all depends if you're into that kind of game. It's kind of like Harvest Moon games, minus all the tedious farm work that wasted your entire day. This is based on leisure. So if you even remotely liked Harvest Moon, you'll love this game so much. It's like freaking crack. I stopped playing two minutes ago to come check the forums, and I'm already wanting to play again...

    I think I need rehab...

Sweeeet. I liked Harvest Moon, it's got a slight learning curve though, at least in my opinion. I hope Animal Crossing is good, because i've been slightly disappointed in the games I've played on DS. Harvest Moon is coming out in early september. BTW my birthday is close to yours, mine is the 15th of September
