Searching for a GTA based FPS

Yea well a few months ago i did find one but then my computer couldnt play it :P

and now i got a better one so i wanna try it again but i lost the name of it hehe



so do you guys know a FPS game where u view how u call it..
3rd person?
well i mean like in GTA series
please post the good games and not the 8bit games:P


btw a game just like All points bulletin
but a free one not that i have to pay-to-play

im pretty sure gta: san andreas isnt 8-bit...

only 3rd person shooters i can think of is s4 league and micro volts

do you guys know all points bulletin??
something like that game with lots of freedom like designing own tatoo's etc. etc.
