Underclock the P4 for now if you're worried, and put the fan in later (though the stock P4 fan should work fine); and yes, the SL7Z8 does have SMT enabled.

The GeForce 6200 is weaker than the GMA 945 in terms of pure processing power, which is the predecessor to the 3000 series that was the predecessor to the 4500 series to the current "Intel HD" series of iGPs. Runes of Magic will lag somewhat even on low-ish settings, though League of Legends will probably be playable. TF2 and LOCO are out of the question, unless you like playing a game running under 20fps most of the time.

What's an 'SMT'? Shin Megami Tensei?

Not sure about LOCO, but I'm guessing TF2 runs on an decent 20 FPS when I play with 5 opposing bots at the moment, so I'm guessing I'd only get an additional 10 FPS increase?

    Of course not -.-
SMT stands for Simultaneous MultiThreading. It's basically preemptive multitasking implemented at the thread level.

More like less than 5. CPUs don't really add too much performance until somewhat recently; turning dual-core support on TF2 lowers the frames as well when I tried it.
