Wouldn't get your hopes high about it if I were you... Everyone was pretty hopeful about Vindictus, and now pretty much everyone says it sucks.

If anything, expect it to be like Vindictus or any other boring RPG, so when you do decide "I may as well try it", if it's good it can blow you out the window; If it sucks, you go "Well at least I have another to add to my list of sucky MMO's."

I've had the pleasure of playing C9 once, and IMO the gameplay's better in sense that it's a little more "mainstream" than Vindictus. PvP should be fun when there's less lag as well :P
But in terms of features... it's still dungeon grinding in the end with PvP on the side
