Oddly enough, I wanna play Runescape now.

Aww man i HATED to die in Runes of Magic and in Runescape. Okay I havent played Runescape much, so i cant really judge that one. I just hated it. And in RoM it was those depths. You ended up clearing them instead of leveling, which is very un-inspiring and demotivating... One of the main reasons i dont play RoM anymore.

I think WoW its death is the best. It gives you the choice; Or walk to your corpse with no penalty but armor damage. Or instantly revive at the spirit healer with some sickness. Some games just make it too easy, like respawning instantly at the position you died. That is just too easy. Idk any games to name now. But many are like that.

I agree with that and what i don't get is that most games just try to be original with their death system, but it makes it just too easy OR hard.

Oh my god, you lost all your equips and have to run back to your body to get them.

I remember once I died and had to hire a guy to drag my body back to myself.

Runescape is pretty harsh too. I was farming chickens like I always do on Runescape for feathers, when a random event happened to me. This zombie or something spawns and killed me and I lost everything so I quit.

I know how you feel all too well mate. Its probably the most frustrating part of runescape.

runescape you lose all your stuff and you have to find your gravestone in 10 mins to get your stuff back

Tibia loss random equip ,all the bag , like a level and a skill level in all skills xD always someone loot you .
Ultima online you die and have to run to a revive point and then run back totally naked to your body , if some monsters are in the revive point tou get kill over and over again xD
you are totally defenseless unless you are a warrior with some item
