Hey guys, I need some kind of help. I've downloaded Loong online, Installed it, And then... Everytime i launch the launcher, It crashes and wants to send microsoft an error report. I tryed to launch it as admin and so forth. No luck, Im running windows 7 64 bit.

go to options in the client and click on windowed mode and full screen mode. If you clicked on True full screen it may cause an error.
And put the resolution settings lower

I cant do this, Cus, Everytime i dubbel click on the launcher, It appears just as a white window and then i get the error and need to close it, I dont even have any chance to get into settings. Tryed to reinstall it in diffrent paths and so on. No advancement.
