    I was just browsing through some laptop, and I came across there two:

    The HD5730 is slightly better than the GT540m, so slight, that it's basically insignificant and unimportant. It basically depends on whether you prefer better texture rendering (which the HD5730 should be better at) or particle rendering (which the 540m should be better at).

    Anyway You can't go wrong with Nvidia...Just ment more for gaming than HD series...
