You could always try emailing various establish gaming reviews sites and ask if they'd let you write some reviews. If they are good enough maybe they'll make you paid-per-article content writer or eventually bring you onto their staff. It never hurts to try.
Starting a gaming review website with so much competition in every category would be REALLY hard. It would cost a lot of advertising money to get people to break their routine and checkout your website instead of one of their favorites. The other disadvantage of starting your own review site is that gaming companies already give event invites and exclusive review opportunities to sites that have a large audience to promote products.
An alternative could be starting a youtube channel dedicated to reviews. If you draw a decent audience and a few hundred subscribers you can make money from being a partner. If a representative from a company stumbles upon your reviews and likes what they see and likes your subscriber base, you could be on your way to getting your hand on equipment before it is launched in order to test and review it.
If it's just individual reviews, post your own topic (and reply, or edit the opening post; don't keep making new topics), push it in the Free MMORPGs forum you posted this thread in.
I've gotten a bit of an audience on Youtube, mainly for my "educational" videos I've done for mmorpgs, etc.
Only plays Magic DPS Classes, Healers and Machinist/Engineers.
Playing MMO: FFXIV (Balmung)
Waiting On: FFXV, KH3, Tree of Savior, RE:FFVII · Saving For: New Computer
Oh if you aren't trying to make money then write them in this forum or wherever you want. You wouldn't really have to make your own blog about it just post reviews on this forum.
