Liking it wont bring the date any closer. It'll come out when it comes out, even if you're blind to the dates.

Also global doesn't necessarily mean Americans can play, or others with licenses. Is there admin confirmation on this?

Nexon never made global server ever since the "MapleStory incident". Even Vindictus is IP-locked to the US. I kinda have my doubt that with Dragon Nest they suddenly change it and make it global. And even if they make it global, they'll probably just kick out everyone from Europe when they decide to make an EU server.

I believe this is the global version but, I'll agree to this. When EU gets their own, if they do, EU will be kicked out which would ruin a lot of progress.
