I don't know exactly if this is the right place to post this. I'm just posting because, I've been to Endless Online's website several times though and it has been pretty safe to assume that the entire thing is shut down. The admins have abandoned the game, hacking had shot through the roof, there was one last server wipe, and now the whole thing is offline and has been for a long time now. I think in the game's list, it should be labeled as "Shut Down".
