They announced it for 2012, but no quarter specified yet.

First we have some more closed beta's in Korea, then we have a open beta in .. I think November/Januari 2011, I think we have it in like begin 2012, mid 2012 in EU if we are lucky.
Just go spare some money already, because to run that epic game with epic graphics, you sure need a good computer.
