I don't know if you guys have ever read or heard about this but this is a law (not approved yet) to prevent people to do "Lets Play" or gaming Live streaming due to the copyright issue. If this "law" is approved some companies that live from these stuff (Machinima, or even MMOHut- not sure about this) will go out of business.

Yeah right they can't make this there are no global rules in the internet if some country makes restrictions the owners just move the server to different location, like piracy isn't allowed and crap to my country it was just as easy as butter get busted move site from .Lv to .org...

That law will never be approved. It's stupid.

I understand that Hollywood wants to earn as many hundreds of millions of dollars as possible from their movies and I do also understand that greedy record labels want to sue private persons for amounts of money they will never be able to pay under their lifetime. What I don't understand is why this law should affect streaming of video game footage. This law would hurt the gaming industry really badly, for the video game industry this type of free advertising means a lot more than for the music and movie industry.
Who buys a game before watching gameplay footage of it on YouTube anymore?

I wonder who Anonymous will attack for this. ^^
