Emm when i trying to install the DirectX june 2010 it gives me the DXError.log and the DirectX.log, and when i start the game i got this error
but i have the dll already in my system32 folder, need help.

Download the file manually, you can find it on internets and just put it in your game folder not system32, that fixes it most of time. Or do a clean instal of DirectX (you remove old first), again use internets to find instructions.

So now you can run the game but it's just black screen lol? Uh that could mean either you need to update drivers, you don't meet minimum reqs, you are doing something to your pc like overclocking or undervolting or some other program. Btw exactly what did you try from that list, oh and did you try to install directx in safe mode, usually if you can't install or delete something safe mode is your friend. Oh and please check that you meet the requirements and your graphic card is supported, cause if you don't then we have just been wasting time lol.

It recommends 3gb ram for Vista and 7 so it might be ram but it should at least let you run it but with lag. Safe mode is when you computer starts using only the basic programs, so it makes it much easier to uninstall/install stuff. Idk if you tried everything on that list only solutions left are try installing directx in safe mode, reinstall your graphic driver (remove old one first completely), try put the directx file in system64 if you comp has it, x64 ones should have something like that. If none of that worked reformatting or reinstalling os are the only options left, but if it comes to this i would just find another game lol.
