Well for a 'pop-out' signature its good I tend not to rate people... feels like labeling them.... but its good.

Looks like you messed up the popping out?
1. Open a new document in PS, same size as your sig, transparent background.
2. Paste your sig on it.
3. Use the magic wand to select and press delete to cut out the gray parts.
4. Save as a .png with transparency ticked.

Pretty damn nice in my opinion. One thing I would like it better if you could resize the render so its smaller so we could see more of it thats about it 8/10
I think the font of the text is good but the color is a bit off in my opinion

Well, sorry I don't and as a good saying goes 'Treat others like you would like to be treated'.
But personally if i was to make that signature i would make the upper and lower boarder a bit smaller... Hmm I'm trying as hard as i can no to 'do a bounty'.

If people ask for you to comment on your sigs and you give them somewhat harsh critisism and they spaz on you then why should they ask for you to give comments? I dont see how you can ask like a prick when you are doing what they are asking, they should be thanking you. But if you be to harsh like bounty is sometimes on EVERY thread a person asked for commments he tells whats BAD about the sig and nots what GOOD so it just leaves the guy feelings like shit.
