Thread: Is AOE online a good game?

    Nah I don't have starcraft 2 and not interested either. I was thinking about installing AOE 2 (Yes....the good old AOE 2!) 'cos I was in a mood to plays strategy...and I'm a HUGE AOE fan (though I suck at it).
    The point is there are not many good MMORTS games around now , god knows why. That's why I'm inclining towards AOE:O and I'm still confused whether I shud continue my download (On scenario.bar right now) or shud I stop it....hmmmmmm...:rolleyes:

    Give it a try, worst case scenario is you will delete it lol. I find it nice, has that AoE feel, with slow battles and stuff.

    its. Fun. In. Co op especially! It does have the old school feel.

    AoE $100 for everything or just $20 to make your race premium which unlocks everything for that race, SC2 is $60 just for first game so total of 3 will be $180. Also in AoE you don't have to pay, it's just an option so don't compare lol.
