That was kinda silly.
but could possibly be done. 1/100 games.
if the game your playing has some .txt files in it,
you could run them through the google.
but if you slip up.
you'd have to re-install the game
and still play the bloody thing in the langauge,
that the programer set it out in. <- a ramble on nothing.
It's not exceptionally hard to inject translations into a PC game, but still requires a lot of PC-related knowledge, as well as a large time investment, multiple people who are fluent in the language from which you are translating, and vice versa.
It isn't something a typical person usually takes on as a project. You often need many people to do it, but nothing is impossible.
