This is new upcoming game from alaplaya. Seems interesting game. Also im not 100% sure, but I think its european developed game.
The fact that it has instance monster hunting and RTS style pvp for resources, makes me want to try the game out. Oh and you need to do pvp if you wanna craft anything. Anyway here is a link for the interview for the game developer.
