Exteel(KR): Need a few things translated please

I know they are stats relating to my mech. Just can't figure out what they are. I know the first two deal with my overall health and special point amount.

I can buy the first thing in list no problem as long as I have money. The jetpack down at bottom, even with enough cash I can not buy it. It has something to do with the text, that I needed translated I believe.

Sadly, making accounts really isnt my area of expertise. I've had this PlayNC account since Exteel was in CB. Didn't realize Exteel went F2P w/ Itemshop. Was surprised when I went to the site, and my account still worked.

I was in a good mood. Going to PM you the account name and password now. I normally wouldn't make an account for someone I didn't know. Just in a really good mood right now.
