That's awesome, I am also planning to use Unity 3D to make downloadable videogames. I am still in a course, though, learning action script and a lot of other languages.
I personally suggest you gather up a team of friends who might also be interested, and have them help you with whatever they're good at. Be it 3D sculpting, programming or SFX managing, composing soundtracks, whatever. Everything helps.
As for your question, I'm not sure. You need to be more specific with what you want. Art and ideas?
Art: If you attended a school where various courses are taught then I suggest you find a friend from an art course to help you. Or look around for an artist on deviantart.com for example, to join your team and help you with the art. Usually artists want to join a team and receive part of the profits, but one of the most important things for artists is being given credit for their part in the game developing process.
Ideas: Go play games. Study what you like and dislike the most about different kinds of games. Don't just play recent games, play retro old games like Zelda Ocarina of Time on the emulator or so. Play the old legendary games that are icons in the gaming world, and discover what makes them so enjoyable.
It's also a good idea to login to a random game and ask the players what they like the most and dislike about whatever game they're playing.
Golden Tip: Create the game like you were creating a game for you to enjoy. Pretend you're creating what for you would be the best game ever, thus, your creativity and productivity might raise immensely. It helps motivate you.
