It's possible they stopped accepting registrations. What kind of error are you experiencing?

well everytime i register and click comfirm it always go back to the main page

i even tried registering in internet explorer and sitll doesnt work..

Very easy to still get account,

go to mmosite.com register there, then click on PirateKing online cb account giveaway and get your invitation code. Then register to PirateKing online and enter the invitation code you got from mmosite.com.

nevermind, very sorry but all keys have been givin out.

Try www.betawatcher.com they are giving out 1000 CB PKO accounts. I registered for one yesterday and was playing the same day.
