If the forum is in a different language, then it would probably pertain to games in that language. We don't talk about games that release in other countries, in other languages, because they don't pertain to us; as they are most likely IP blocked. It's the same as the reason a lot of people don't know that all of these Korean MMOs that are being translated and supported by English speaking publishers have been out in Korea for 3-5 years already.

If the English forums were really so quiet and behind, compared to non-English speaking forums on gaming news, it could only either mean that there are very few games in English, or absolutely no English speakers are competent enough to run a gaming news website.

I learned english didn't I? Why wouldn't I learn a different language if I atleast know the basics. Though, if there are still people that knew my grammar of years ago, I doubt they would like to see that again xD

On topic: I think, even though the situation mentioned would be completely impossible, if it were it would be a good opportunity to learn another language. If gaming was something you were very passionate about, it could provide the motivation to step into a new learning experience.

onRPG has a pretty active population of foreign language game gamers. It's one of the most active sections, actually :P A lot of us already learn new languages to play them, too. Or rely heavily on those that have.

You know what mister or miss D:<..... I... was unaware of this, and am quite glad that you told me. I will look into this section, as you have piqued my interest. Although I still maintain the part about the impossibility of English speaking forums being so far behind that you'd have no choice but to learn a new language :P
