On a journey to build my first PC!

Hello OnRPG! After wanting to build a PC for over two years already, I've finally found the money to do so. Unfortunately, since my knowledge in computers is very basic, I've come to ask my fellow gamers for assistance. If someone is willing to spend some time in helping me choose parts for a PC, then I'd appreciate it a lot. :]

Of course, below you'll find the budget and other requirements that I want the PC to be able to do.. hopefully. :3

• Willing to spend $600-$700.
• Be able to run games at pretty decent qualities (High/Ultra High)
• I'm from Canada, specifically from Ontario, if that helps any

**Not sure if this is doable, but I'd like the PC to be quiet, not extremely loud so that it disturbs my late-night gaming. :x

I got so distracted by your sig that I completely forgot what I was doing here.

Anyways, you need a monitor and keyboard/mouse too, etc?
