I admit it has its faults but when it comes down to it I just find TERA more fun to play than most any other MMORPG on the market I've tried. Then again Dragon Nest kept me spellbound for months as did Skyrim so I'm just very biased towards that style of gameplay. Plus I found TERA a good game to get my roleplaying on with as the world offers plenty of possibilities for a storyline (a better one than what they offer).

Also i fail to see the innovation...warhammer has that questing system and it's imo better done. GW2 is the current overhyped mmo no one will talk about after a month, i will probably play it tho...but it doesn't offer any innovation.
Yes, it's quite easy to throw B2P into the equation when the whole discussion is about P2P vs. F2P in order to try and make your point seem stronger, isn't it?

Fact of the matter is, we're talking about P2P (Pay every month) and F2P (Free every month). GW2, while it requires a purchase, does not require you to pay per month, therefore not P2P. And your opinion on whether or not GW2 offers anything new isn't fact, and can't be used as "OH YEAH IT'S NOT INNOVATIVE BECAUSE I SAID SO!" because again, read what I posted before:

Where in WoW are you able to just walk around the world and come across some event that will actually change the way the zone works (Until the chain resets itself) without having to first talk to some guy who tells you to "go to X and kill Y dudes"? Outside of the starting zones, pretty much nowhere. GW2, on the other hand, uses them as the primary method of getting experience outside of your very own class quests.

Are we done? I'm getting quite tired of getting into a huge 2-3+ page spanning argument because one person decided they wanted to attempt to break apart my posts in an attempt to make it look like I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Oh, and don't try and tell me "Then just don't post in these threads" because believe it or not, a forum is an area where EVERYONE is allowed to post, in ANY THREAD, as long as they have something relevant to add to the discussion. Not to mention that as a moderator, I'm pretty much checking threads constantly in the first place. Telling me "Don't post in these threads if you don't wanna get into an argument." is the fastest way to letting everyone else know that you were beaten in this made up argument you wanted to start, and are desperately trying to find something, ANYTHING to say to make it seem like you have the upper hand.

Then why do you call a B2P mmo F2P? You make no sense, since it's not a F2P game then don't call it F2P, it's your own mistake if you make bad arguments not mine. So yeah, you don't have idea about what you are talking about, purely because you contradict yourself...i didn't say GW2 was F2P, you did. So why did you bring the "GW2 is F2P" to the equation if you were having a discussion about P2P and F2P...oh right, i know...it was to make GW2 outstand because saying it is F2P makes it look better and "makes your point stronger".

I still consider GW2 doesn't bring ANY innovation to the standard questing and it's not my opinion, it's pure facts.

But whatever, if you want it this way, YEAH GW2 IS FREE AND THE MOST AWESOME GAME, happy? Seems like people can't say the truth around here.

I can even predict the future, two month from now GW2 will be the same old shit people has been playing for years and the next AWESOME game will be releasing "soon".

Games go P2P simply because they get a big income at first by selling retail boxes...each player paid 30-60€ which is superior to what they could get with a F2P launch.

Even if Tera is not the top noch of P2P, RaiderZ and these are a pure joke...they are very inferior and not just because it's F2P. Nowdays people pays to get something, and in P2P that something is constant updates and content.
Tera launched removing features that were meant to be at the launch and added them months later which was an huge mistake...and EU publisher (Frogster) killed the EU version since day one, they constantly lie to the community and that surely is not the way to go, they are just not ready to handle a P2P title and never will.
    True true.

It's a shame Tera has been run so poorly the game looks pretty amazing graphics wise.

Does Enmasse update their version of Tera much?

I don't know about EnMasse since i didn't play it, but as far as i could see at least they get patches in time and fix stuff in time. Like when they noticed about the enchanting exploit they fixed it within a couple of hours and EU spent like 3 days. So EnMasse probably has its cons, but it's a billion times better than Frogster, to me...Tera EU doesn't exist.

And yes, frogster is an inferior company, i 100 % agree, but hey, i already have a well established character on EU, not about to switch myself, but for first time starters, that don't mind the high ping, it's fine i guess.
100 ping is essentially .1 second delay, adapt to it and you won't even feel it. tera also has a pretty good netcode, so you won't be particularly slower than a 50ms player, 200+ and it starts to get noticeable.
