ok im playing Runescape right now and i use to play good graphics game like WoW, Lineage 2 and Pristontale.
People saying Rs suck because bad graphics? But to me the graphics doesnt make a game fun and dont forget this is a flash game. Which means its not that easy to set up crazy graphics on a flash game. I like this game also because i can play it at school without downloading and such.
Just Wondering Does Any 1 have another flash games thats like Runescape or better? give me link please thanks.Something like PokemonCrater and hobowars would be cool too but something besides those 3 that i've tried.:3
Meh, Runescape isnt bad but it isnt really good. I dont play it all the time but I do play it every once in awhile. Just so I dont get bored to death or anything. That tends to happen no matter what game you play if youplay it too much at a nonstop pace.
Also... There arent any hacks on Runescape. They're called Keyloggers, getting scammed, and stuff like there. To get a Keylogger on your comp a file must be downloaded onto your computer. Usually these files are hidden well and they're really hard to track down. That's why you gotta change your recovery questions and stuff atleast once a month and run a virus scan once a month. If you dont you'll be easy pray to keyloggers.
Keylogging happens in aton of games. My father had a keylogger on his comp and nearly lost his WoW account. Luckily the WoW service automatically locked the account even before he sent the report in. Why? Because some of his stuff had been sold to equal 1,000 gold coins. When said cibs were about tobe traded off to anothers acount bot acounts were forced into a shutdown or a locked state.
After talk with Customer Service and stuff he received his acount back with a new password, though he was recommended to scan his computer and check his WoW files for anything odd. Sure enough he found the keylogger and even deleted some other files(like Limewire the King of Keyloggering material) to clean his comp.
Basically you can never be too careful and when given helpful advise atleast attempt to take it to heart. Or fake it. That usually works too.
runescape is just stupid because every year 5 people kill themself for being hacked on that game ... i've read about people losing their jobs and screwing up their relations for being addicted to runescape. This is the part where i say "Oh please..."
Again they dont hack.. They download a Keylogger(9/10 it's on purpose or said player was looking for ways to gimp Runescape up for'em) who logs onto their account and transfers their stuff to said Keyloggers character.
That's why they invented things like Norton Anti-Virus.
I hate runescape, it has scammers out the yinyang, the player community is made up of tons and tons of really mean people who have nothing else to do other then insult, and cuss out everyone else, and by scammers I mean die hard scammers, I've seen at least 200 scammers in my runescape days, when trying to lvl up in any of the stats, you have to go to certain places, their are few of any place, and do what you need, the thing you are fishing/mining/whatevering runs out, instantly or overtime, and the mid- high lvl stuff takes FOREVER TO COME BACK!!! You will be competing against higher lvl people almost all the time, and always losing, almost all the stats slow down to a screeching halt, and grind like crazy in the 30's for lvl, the combat system for magic and archery still sucks for nonmembers, and runecrafting only makes magic doable, the point and click system SUCKS you click to the left, and you might go to the right, go in a loopdeloop, go around a few trees in the middle of nowhere and then go to the spot, that was one inch away from where you started, with nothing infront of it, plus half the stuff you will be doing in the game, will include competing with other players, and mostly losing. thats why the game is awful.
actually to me graphicx does attract me the game COULD HAVE THE BEST!!! GAMEPLAY in the WORLD...and if it doesnt have good graphicx i aint playing it because i rather go play Mario
