Lol, what are you 12?
There is this latin phrase: "pacta servanda sunt." It means pacts are to be served.
There are no maybes in this.
If you make a deal you stick to it, or you are just a person that no deals can be made with.

Reputation: 490You gave it to the person and it is now his property.
It was nice of you to give it away, but you can't just take it back. Morally, it's wrong to take it back. You are learning a valuable life lesson now. Two of them, really. 1)Deals are meant to be kept. And 2)Think long and hard before you do something, because it might come back and bite you in the *** later.
I have a feeling you came here because you knew trying to take the account back would be bad, but you just wanted encouragement and someone to tell you that trying to take the account back is not something wrong. Unfortunately, I doubt you will get either. Why? Because trying to take the account back is wrong.
Trying to take the account back, especially since you have said you are trying to take it back by force whether he wants to give it back or not, is a big stain on your profile. All someone had to do is look in to your past threads and see this one to instantly learn that you're not someone that can be trusted when it comes to trades/giveaways.
My suggestions is to save face, apologize to the guy and to the community as a whole and ask for this thread to be deleted or locked by the moderators.
Reputation: 92In this case, I don't think its wrong to ask for it back. If they say no, then move on.
Reputation: 15That's what I'm doing, I pmed him, and he definitely saw them, but he still hasn't said anything back. I didn't try to "take it by force or anything" I can't even do it in the first place because Battle.net got some big update that required people to change their otherwise unchangeable security question. Him ignoring me and Battle.net allowing him to literally make the account his own makes me feel as if I've been wronged.
Reputation: 317It's stupid to give something away if you ever consider using it again, so yeah, you're kinda a *** if you ask it back.
Reputation: 35Maybe you'll learn a lesson from this ? never give away anything if you're not sure wether you're gonna keep playing sometime later or if you know you could get your hands on another copy. I know i wouldn't. Kinda stupid to regret something like that, maybe it would be easier to take it back if you gave it to a friend but that's not the case here is it. But good luck anyway hopefully you'll get your hands on SC2 one way or another.
