Do you like Minecraft?!

Do you wish you could build spaceships in Minecraft and fly from asteroid to asteroid mining mineral?!

Well, I've got a game for you!



"What's Corneroids?!" I hear you cry!

Well, it's a game were you spawn on an asteroid, have to mine some blocks and use them to build a spaceship and fly to another asteroid to get different materials to upgrade you ship.

It's in an early state right now, but, is fully playable, and hopefully, will see a future with multiplayer and more features.

Right now, if you've played Minecraft, you'll know exactly what you're doing, so, you should give it a go!

Some steps towards playing.

First, visit: http://www.corneroids.com/

Download the executable version for ease of use.

Second download this: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/73245406/DarthNoxItemset.rar

And install it into the game's folder, this is important, it's an itemset that adds a lot to the game.

Third: Start the game, lower the gamma, don't be a pansy.

Forth: Use the wiki, a lot.

They function as actual light-giving torches. But the thing is the default gamma is rather high so you they don't do anything unless you turn it down. There's also a specific button for using your flashlight, but I don't remember what it is.

I actually turned that down because I thought that's what Cingal was referring to in the OP. Mine was set at 18 and it still wasn't working along with the flashlight function...then I went to graphics and saw that the lighting box was unchecked, lol. Now it works, thanks.
