what is a really good free firewall

im looking for a really good one. ive never used one so i thought i would use one are should i use the one that came with windows 7?

The windows one or the one that comes with your antivirus is enough.

TinyWall is a nice little firewall controller for the windows firewall. Highly recommend it.

ive got no antivirus only thing i got to scan is spybot search and destory and mal ware bytes
