Default Found some computer parts, wondering if they're any good.

So today my brother moved out and left a lot of his older computer parts, I'm wanting to know if they'll be at least decent for gaming.

So, first thing I found was a Thermaltake PurePower 500W Power Supply, I'm pretty sure this is the one: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16817153052
Would this be a good power supply to use a good card like a GTX 560ti or something? I'm not expecting too much.

Next, I found an ASUS P5QL Pro motherboard, it's dual core so I'm probably not going to use it, but considering giving it away to my friend. If he got some other parts, and put them together with this motherboard, do you think he could run something such as.. League of Legends or something?

Pretty much all I found, but I'll edit when I get back.

It's the minimum for a normal setup (1HDD, couple of fans, non-OCed GPU/CPU)

Motherboards aren't dualcore, nor singlecore nor quadcore. Processors are.

Now, that motherboard can support quadcores so if you get a q9550 or other high-end quadcore on s775 for cheap it'd be a decent gaming rig.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.

It's enough for such a setup. Barely only though.

    That it's fine for a non-gaming setup.
