The Conquer forum simply needs some active staff to watch over it. I mean, I understand that it is a very minor forum, but there are open threads about hacking, etc all the way back for it's eight pages. And with eight pages total, that means that those threads got their time in the sun. I mean, it should be that you should have a carefully watched forum, or no forum at all, otherwise you risk being a tool to cheating.

Summed up- impose some new active moderators.
