Do you think you lack of ram, cpu, gpu?
Using nvidia drivers settings as performance works very nice but graphics bugs can appear(not very often).
If you are low in ram remember to have virtual memory if you run out of ram it will help.

CTRL+ALT+SUPR Check all your processes and see how many trash you got there wasting your comp.

Try to clean your comp as much you can and dont have many programs even in the background using your comp...

We need your pc specifications for this.

Download Speccy (free version is enough), install and run it. Once it is done scanning your hardware, go to file in the top left corner and select 'Save as text file...'
Select a place where you'll save it and open it afterwards. Select everything from Summary, as that's all we need and post it here.

Edit: this also belongs in the tech corner btw.

To put it bluntly: your rig is inadequate for gaming.

You have an integrated video card. These are not made for gaming, especially at a resolution like yours.
Your processor was a mid-range CPU that's now outdated by a long shot.

There's nothing you can do software-wise that will help you gain more FPS.
The only thing you can do is buying a new computer all together. Your CPU is too weak to handle new video cards thus you need to upgrade those two, which in turn basically means you need to get a new computer.

Well, the video card that you have will be able to play a couple of games without too much effort. You can play DCUO and SWTOR because they just fit within what you have. Tera doesn't.
