    Default TCG's and MOBAs

So I feel like playing some TCG's and MOBA's that aren't the "norm".

I have downloaded and gotten in to the beta of HeroDex, and I will probably play that tonight or tomorrow (I already did the first tutorial mission. It's a pretty interesting concept for a game and I like the way the art was done... most of it is just people, who I assume are the developers or friends of the developers, cosplaying).

There was some Japanese MOBA I was going to download, ChaosHeroes I think. Besides those two, are there any I should check out? I don't mind one that requires a bit of money investment, but I would prefer it if you could at least "get in to" it without having to pay.

I was looking at the Magic the Gathering game available on Steam. Is that worth it? I played MTG with friends back in middle school, but that only lasted a tiny bit. I still have the cards somewhere, though. Toyed with the idea of going to the local gaming shop and maybe getting in to some table top gaming/TCGing in real life, but I've realized that I wouldn't invest much time in to it to make it worthwhile investing money in to it.

You could look at Battle for Graxia.

Battle for Graxia, Super Monday Night Combat, Cyphers Online, Land of Chaos Online, Sins of the Dark Empire, and Universal Monsters Online are all mobas that are out of the norm/not very popular.

    TCG:
The Far Wilds (inspired by MTG and Battle for Wesnoth)
    BattleForge (inspired by RTS)

You do realize that most 'unique' TCGs get shutdown immediately? The playerbase just doesn't know how to play the game, and it can't be hyped because there's nothing for it to be compared with. I'll list a few I enjoyed that are still hosted:

    MOBA:
    AirMech (inspired by Herzog Zwei)
    Dungeon Defenders
    Stellar Impact

    Not Exactly MOBA:
    World of Tanks
    War of the Roses
    Chivalry: Medieval Warfare

And my favorite turn-based game of all-time is: Battle For Wesnoth.
